I love the pricing variety and quality of the food..with that being said myself another customer while standing in line at the Bel Pre Road location..a customer was purchasing a lot of avocados the cashier saying that I thought that there was a limit on avocados so the cashier while the customer is still standing in front of her proceeds to call on the walkie talkie telling the person on the other end to come at put a sign saying that there is a limit on them and she said that we have that right to do so again all the while a paying customer is standing before her.. it was rude and did not sit well with the customers in line customer service is key albeit
I love Aldi, but they keep their prices low with minimal staff, and it really shows at this location. The prices are often missing and the seasonal items are always a disorganized mess. The lines are long, and if you have an over-charge (which sadly happened several times here *EDIT: it happens EVERY freaking time I'm here!) it is very inconvenient to get it fixed (they have no customer service or dedicated return lines.) The fresh chicken is leaking juice and sticky, so I've probably contaminated the whole store with chicken guts. The produce is often moldy. Bring a sweater because this store is FREEZING, winter or summer. The parking lot is poorly designed and causes quite a traffic jam. The spaces are so close together it's hard to maneuver a larger car. I was so excited to have an Aldi open close to me, but this one is such a disappointment.
I love Aldi, but this is the worst Aldi I've ever been to. It's terribly managed, the staff are rude, and the store is a mess. It is also not as well organized as other Aldis and prices seem about 10-15% higher. The Gaithersburg Aldi is much, much better.
Your store to.have regulations the cashier could have waited until the paying customer had left the store..
Very nice and clean. Well organized, with excellent choices of merchandise. Friendly staff, method of check was a little confusing for a first, but the staff was quick to make it understanding.
Chocolate is awesome, but milk I got there went bad very quickly.
